Shepton Mallet roadworks for week commencing May 18

There are scheduled to be temporary traffic lights on the A371 heading out of Shepton Mallet next week, as roadworks crews step up their return to work following the easing of the coronavirus lockdown.

The lights will be in place on Wednesday (May 20) in between Darshill and the sewage treatment works.

They are scheduled to be used so Western Power Distribution can undertake tree trimming along the main road.

Other roadworks in Shepton Mallet next week include:

Bristol Water are scheduled to be undertaking repairs in Finch Close on Tuesday (May 19) and Wednesday.

From Friday (May 22) to May 28, Wales and West Utilities are scheduled to be laying a new service in Manship Green.
