The owners of Ciabattino's Pizza have announced that they will be serving the final slice next month after almost 30 years.

The pizza store, which has been a fixture on Town Street for 28 years will be closing for good on November 11.

A post on Ciabattino's Facebook page read: "It is with great sadness that we announce that Ciabattino's Pizza will cease trading on November 11 after 28 wonderful years of serving the local area.

"This has been an incredibly hard decision to make.

Myself, my partner and staff thank you all for your loyal support over the years.

We will be offering some discounts and promotions over the next two weeks. Please keep in mind that depending on stock levels, we may need to close earlier."
