The classes are Tai Chi for health, specifically shibashi. It is a gentle, beautiful and flowing Qigong exercise routine that is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing.

African Drumming Classes

You will learn to play traditional African polly rhythms on good quality djembes. You will be taught technique, hand placement, different time signatures, and traditional rhythms from Mali, Senegal and Guinea.
