The Royal Bath and West Society has welcomed its new Chief Executive to the team.

Carol Paris, who lives in North Somerset, is a former Chief Executive of Rosebourne, a chain of garden centres in Hampshire, Berkshire and the Midlands. Carol joined the Bath and West Team at the beginning of July and will oversea all areas of the Society, Shows & Showground with the support of the Senior Management Team.

Royal Bath and West Society Chairman, Robert Drewett, commented. "We are delighted that Carol will be leading the Bath & West Team, and very much look forward to working with her as she brings both commercial and membership experience to the role."

After the successful return of the Royal Bath & West Show, the Bath & West Team have a busy summer of event clients on the Showground, alongside organising the Dairy Show and the return of the British Cheese Awards.
