Date: 14.07.2019Time: 17:50Location: Easton SomersetTwo fire engines from Shepton Mallet and Glastonbury attended a lorry on fire in Easton. A further fire engine from Wells and the water bowser from Bridgwater and some off road vehicles were also requested to attend. The lorry had caught fire to the hedgerow and bushes and some of a field as well as affecting a BT pole. The road was closed while crews worked with hose reels and compressed air foam jets to try and extinguish the fire.  The incident is still ongoing...
