Memberships to the lido are £34 per month payable by direct debit, and bookings can be taken fromMay 17, with the lido opening from Saturday, May 21. The heated pool at Shepton Mallet is the perfect location for a lovely fresh air swim, with a splash area for children, plus drinks and snacks available.

Adam Spencer, General Manager of Shepton Mallet Heated Outdoor Pool, said: "There is no better place to spend summer days than at the pool. We wanted to create a summer membership that would make visiting regularly affordable for our local residents and we're looking forward to welcoming regular swimmers over the coming months."
