The weather has hit tonight's Shepton Mallet Fireworks display.

Saftety warnings followed predictions of high winds and heavy rain in the run up to the event.

As a result Shepton Mallet Rotary Club regretfully decided on Health and Safety grounds to postpone tonight's fireworks display until a later date.

All tickets will be valid and the Rotary Club will post the new date as soon as it has been agreed by the Fireworks contractors.
