A new house building company is asking Evercreech residents for their thoughts on plans to build a new housing development in the village.

Octavia Homes says it has "set out to build a reputation for developing innovative quality homes and with a focus on enabling communities to flourish."

The company is working with residentially focused land promoter and professional investor in land and property, M7, to submit a planning application for 56 homes (including 30% affordable housing) and a convenience store on land east of Prestleigh Road.

According to the website, the homes will be predominantly two- and three-bedroom properties, and will be built with sustainability in mind with solar power generation and electric charging points.

Before the application is submitted, Octavia Homes is asking people to give their opinions on the plans, via an online questionnaire which can be found HERE.
