By Laura Linham 23rd May 2023

Anticipation is at a fever pitch for the upcoming Glastonbury Festival 2023, taking place at Somerset's Worthy Farm from 21st to 25th June.

The site is in the process of being built, with the ring-of-steel fence up in place and a continuous parade of lorries making deliveries to Worthy Farm.

As always, an awe-inspiring ensemble of the world's top musical artists will grace various stages across the five-day festival, promising an unforgettable experience.

But with 31 different areas of the festival and oer 100 stages, each of them drip-feeding out their line-ups sometimes it can be hard to keep track of just exactly who is due to perform, and where.

Opening the main events, the Pyramid Stage, on Friday, 23rd June, will be the Arctic Monkeys. The iconic rock band Guns N' Roses, featuring Axl Rose and Slash, will follow on Saturday, 24th June, before the legendary Elton John concludes the proceedings on Sunday, 25th June.

The Park stage, known for showcasing an eclectic mix of talent, will see an array of acts like Fever Ray, Fatboy Slim, Alt-J, Thundercat, Sparks, Alison Goldfrapp, Leftfield, Max Richter, and Shy Girl.

Woodsies, the new name for what was previously the John Peel Stage, has an impressive roster. The acts include Hot Chip, Christine & The Queens, Phoenix, Warpaint, Rina Sawayama, Caroline Polachek, Måneskin, Editors, Courteeners, Slowdive, Pale Waves, Shame, Cat Burns, Digga D, The Murder Capital, The Big Moon, Flo, Working Men's Club, Bru-C, Wunderhorse, CMAT, The Sixsters, The Last Dinner Party, and The Love Buzz. Over at Silver Hayes, attendees can look forward to performances across three new stages: The Levels, The Lonely Hearts Club, and The Firmly Rooted Soundsystem. This section of the festival will feature acts like Kik/Ki, Camelphat, 4AM Kru, Eliza Rose, and A little Sound.

Arcadia, famous for its 50-tonne fire-breathing spider, is set to return in 2023. Powered by recycled biofuels, this year's line-up features The Chemical Brothers, Floating Points b2b with Daphni, Wilkinson with Adapt, VTSS, Skepta b2b Jammer, Sherelle, Hybrid Minds, and Shy FX, among others.

The Field of Avalon will host a multitude of performances, including Beans On Toast, Cable Street Collective, Cara Dillon, The Damned, Elvana, Fanny Lumsden, Far From Saints, Fisherman's Friends, Freya Ridings, and Gabrielle Aplin.

Beyond music, Glastonbury also offers additional entertainment, with performers like Joe Wickes and Doc Brown confirmed for the Theatre & Circus Fields.

The Glastonbury 2023 line-up thus far includes Arctic Monkeys, Guns N' Roses, Elton John, Lizzo, Aitch, Alison Goldfrapp, Alt-J, Amadou & Mariam, Becky Hill, Blondie, Candi Staton, Carly Rae Jepsen, Cat Burns, Central Cee, Christine And The Queens, Chvrches, Ezra Collective, Fatboy Slim, Fever Ray, Flo, Fred Again...
