Job Description:Packing Operator Castle Cary
- Competitive salary plus shift allowance
- Performance related company bonus
- Shifts Mon-Fri: 8 hours, 5 days: 6am-2pm, 5 days: 10pm-6am (nights -shifts start Sunday) 5 days: 2pm-10pm and the rotation starts again
- Permanent position
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Ability to accurately update data via computerised systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Driver's license is essential
- Experience in a factory environment desirable
- Maintain excellent packaging line efficiency in line with the set plan and raise any identified issues
- Support peers in achieving highest Safety, Quality and Efficiency standards throughout the packing hall
- Ensure cleaning regimes are upheld and fulfilled to the highest standard
- Actively participate in operational processes that support the improvement of our business performance
