Care Manager - Deputy Manager

Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an award-winning elderly care provider for a Deputy Home Manager in the Somerset area

The home is a medium sized elderly care home that provides Residential and Dementia care for elderly residents and has a fantastic reputation in the area . It is part of a really strong group of homes that offer support should it ever be needed. This role would be great for someone who is passionate about delviering the best care possible and someone who can lead a team. In the absence of the Manager you will be the next port of call and may often run the home at times if needed.

The candidate

The Care Manager should be someone who can lead from the front, have a good understanding of CQC regulations and guidelines. You should be someone who can communicate well and work as part of a team

Key details

• Based in Somerset
• Monday to Friday
• 8 till 5pm - could flex a little if needs be
• Salary circa 47,000 per annum
• Great progession opportunities

Location: The home is based in the Somerset area and is commutable from Yeovil, Glastonbury, Warminster, Gillingham and Frome.
