Soulfired Sauna

Soulfired is a woodfired barrel sauna and cold plunge, based at Rock Farm, Shepton Mallet – a vibrant community of artists and makers.

A visit to Soulfired Sauna is simple and unhurried.

You'll arrive at Rock Farm, just outside Shepton Mallet, where the sauna sits in a shared courtyard, next to an apple orchard and alongside artists' and makers' studios, Woven Cafe and a reflexology retreat space. In your sauna session, you can move between heat, cold plunge, and rest as you choose. There's no rush – just time and space to slow down. You don't need any previous sauna or cold plunge knowledge – your sauna host will be there to answer any questions.

Included in your 1 hour session:

• Wood-fired barrel sauna (stoked by your sauna host) • 3 individual changing rooms • 2 plunge baths (ambient + iced) • 1 cold shower • Drinking water • Apples & cinnamon served at the end of your session
