Fitness classes for all abilities and ages. Whether your want to try weights for the first time, build your fitness or just add a little exercise in to your life. Katie runs a program of fun and friendly classes that will get you moving. You can even try your first class for free!
You can choose from Pilates, Yoga, Strength and Circuits with classes running from Monday to Thursday, from 6pm in Doulting Village hall. Classes cost just £6 per class or £30 per month.
